HILM FOUNDATION is to be formed as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2017, with the primary object "To provide donations for medicines, cooked food and ration packages to the needy, poor, destitute, old aged people, orphans, widows and to support the victim families in case of natural and unnatural disasters. To develop and run educational programmes that provide a deep understanding of islamic teachings, ethics and history to help people connect more profoundly with their faith but not to act as a religious madrassa without registration from the Directorate General of Religious Education (DGRE); and not to act as a degree awarding institute without the permission of the competent authority." and it (a) intends to apply its profits and income towards those objects, (b) prohibits the payment of any dividend or profit to its members and (c) ensures that its objects and activities are not and shall not, at any time, be against the laws, public order, security, sovereignty and national interests of Pakistan.
