Service Delivery Policy

This policy outlines how HILM Institute delivers its educational services.

Delivery Timelines

  • Online courses: Student portal access or class links are provided within 24–48 hours of successful payment and enrollment confirmation.
  • Live classes: Zoom/Google Meet links are emailed at least 30 minutes before the session. Recordings are usually uploaded within 48 hours.
  • On-campus classes: Held at our Lahore venues (details emailed upon enrollment).
  • Certificates: Digital PDF certificates are issued within 30 days of successful completion. Hard copies available on request (additional printing + delivery charges apply).

Access to Materials Recorded lectures remain available for the duration specified in the course (typically until the end of the program or 6–12 months, depending on the course). Lifetime access is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Technical Requirements & Support Students need a stable internet connection, compatible device (laptop/smartphone), and updated browser/Zoom app. HILM is not responsible for issues caused by the student’s internet, device, or software.

Force Majeure HILM is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to events beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, natural disasters, government restrictions).

Changes We may occasionally adjust schedules and will notify enrolled students promptly.
