By accessing https://hilm.edu.pk or enrolling in any HILM program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Enrollment & Fees

  • Enrollments are subject to availability and acceptance by HILM.
  • Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable except as per our Refund Policy.
  • HILM may cancel a course due to low enrollment and will issue a full refund.

Intellectual Property All course content (videos, notes, PDFs, recordings, live sessions) is the copyrighted property of HILM Institute. Unauthorized recording, sharing, downloading for distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Student Conduct Students must uphold Islamic adab (etiquette), show respect to teachers and fellow students, and avoid any form of harassment, cheating, or disruptive behavior. Violations may lead to immediate removal from the program without refund.

Limitation of Liability HILM’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific course. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.

Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Force Majeure We are not responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
