Return / Refund Policy

HILM Institute offers refunds under the following conditions. All requests must be sent to admin@hilm.pk with your full name, enrollment ID, course name, and reason (plus supporting documents where applicable).

Online / Digital Courses

  • Full refund (minus 5% transaction/processing fee) if requested within 7 days of payment and before the course starts or login credentials/materials are provided.
  • No refund once the course has started, recordings are accessed, or materials are downloaded.
  • 50% refund may be considered in exceptional cases (serious medical emergency, documented proof required) even after start, at HILM’s discretion.

On-Campus Programs

  • Full refund if withdrawal is requested before the first class.
  • No refund after attending the first session.

Events / Short Programs (Taraweeh, Aetekaaf, etc.)

  • No refunds after confirmation of registration.

Refund Process

  • Requests must be received within the allowed window.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
  • Refunds are not offered for change of mind after access is granted.

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected misuse or breach of terms.
